Auto Enthusiasts

Having recently purchased a vehicle, I understand the dire need of sources of authentic and reliable information one faces while taking a decision. I regularly follow the following two forums which provide a lot of information. These two particular portals provide plethora of information including reviews for latest vehicles, test drive experiences, user experiences, maintenance suggestions, do it yourself guides and latest news from the automobile world. The members on these forums are really helpful in case you have a query and would be ready to go out of the way to ensure your doubts are clarified and questions answered. So in case you are looking out for any such information or like reading about automobiles do give these a visit –

  • Team BHP – This has been in market for sometime and is definitely a better source of information. However, application procedures for becoming members is a bit cumbersome and hence in case you have a query you may have to try other means. In case you are just looking for information, this is the place to go.
  • The Automotive India – This is relatively new in existence but is catching up pretty fast. A lot of interesting information is available and becoming a member is fairly easy. Existing members are regular on the portal and my queries have been answered pretty fast so for all the doubts you may have, throw it out to public on these forum.

Travel boards

I am a travel enthusiast and understand all the queries one may have while planning a trip – how to travel, where to stay, what to visit and numerous other questions!! And what one looks for is a source of information which is reliable, to the point and detailed. There are definitely hundreds of travel blogs out there each with their own character and specialty. Infact genuine experiences are at time mostly available on personal blogs. However they do not cover the horizon to an extent a generalized blog may need to for a tourist and hence I am putting up here two relatively broad and reliable sources for all your travel related information hunger. Go visit and try these –

  • Lonely Planet – This is one stop shop for your initial planning where you would find answers to the questions you need before moving ahead with the plan. There are pretty exhaustive guides which would help you lay down your itinerary and identify the places you need to visit. Based on my use of the information, the guides are pretty reliable and recommendations are worth watching out for.
  • Trip Advisor – This is more of a portal which allows users to ask questions or check reviews. Once you have an initial plan in place and are looking for answers to specific questions or want to ensure the hotel you are choosing is worthy enough, check out the information here.

MBA Discussions

I am sure everyone who is looking at this section is already aware of Pagalguy and TotalGadha. These are definitely some very exhaustive resources of information and ones I followed religiously during my preparations. However, there are a number of portals which have come up recently and are relatively more focused or agile.

  • MBAtious – I have recently started a limited content based association with a MBA related information portal called MBAtious. Some of the articles they have brought out are really worth reading. The suggestions for preparations provided by some of the authors would  definitely help in preparing yourself. I have interacted with one of the product team member for this brand and he is really committed to taking this to many new heights.

In case one of you blog or would like to see your website featured here, do drop in a word at kt@expressions-kt.in and I would definitely consider it. Also I am looking out for cross linking opportunities to reach out to wider audience for my blog and hence if you have any such ideas or are interested in it, please do reach out to me.
